Digital Products

All our items — including coloring books, planners, calendars, and digital prints — are digital downloads.
Because of their instant-access nature, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the files have been downloaded.

However, your satisfaction means a lot to us!
If you face any issue with your download (for example, broken link, file error, or wrong file), please contact us at  shop@miminuillustrations.com , and we’ll be happy to help fix it promptly.

Physical Products (if applicable)

If your order includes physical items (like Tote bags or art prints or any), please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery if:

-The item arrived damaged or defective

-You received the wrong product

To be eligible for a replacement or partial refund, please provide clear photos of the issue via email.
