We offer both digital downloads and print-on-demand physical products. Please read below for details.

1. Digital Products

All digital items (coloring books, planners, calendars, and art prints) are instant downloads.
No physical item will be shipped.
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to download your files immediately.

2. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

We work with trusted Print-on-Demand (POD) partners to produce and deliver your physical items.
Each product is made to order, which helps reduce waste and ensures high-quality prints.

🕒 Processing Time:

Orders are usually processed and printed within 3–7 business days after payment.

🚚 Estimated Shipping Time:

Worldwide : 7–20 business days (may vary by location)

📦 Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and product type.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (if available).
Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after dispatch.

4. Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties applied to their orders.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
